    Delegates Moye and Mahan move to amend the amendment beginning on page two, line one, by combining designated districts twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty and thirty-one into district twenty-nine entitled to five delegates,

And,

    On page ninety-five, section two, subsection (c), District 28, beginning on line eighteen, by combining designated districts twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty and thirty-one into a five member district whose geographic boundaries shall be defined by all the areas included in districts twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty and thirty-one.
